Poppin.com has a detailed return policy. If customers are unhappy with the goods, they have the right to return them and receive a full refund. This right of return is without prejudice to the statutory right of cancellation. Goods may be returned and a refund received provided they are received back at the Returns Department normally within 28 days. This 28-day period commences the day after the order has been shipped. The goods must not have been damaged, washed, altered or worn and must include the original packaging, labelling and Returns Form located at the bottom of the Packing List. Please note that customized products cannot be returned. All sales involving customized products are final. For PoppinPod products, returns are accepted within 120 days of receipt free of charge, provided that the product is in new condition. The PoppinPod Om and PoppinPod Kolo 1 and Kolo 2 ship for free in the contiguous United States. However, there is a standard flat White Glove installation fee that varies based on the product. For example, the PoppinPod Om has a standard flat White Glove installation fee of $500. The PoppinPod Kolo 1 has a standard flat White Glove installation fee of $650.
